Job Description Location : Manchester Salary : up to 28,000 Consultants : Annie Earley & Karen Reynolds We are currently working with a huge client based in Manchester City Centre. The have an exciting opportunity for a Billings Assistant to join their team. Initial 12 month contract to be reviewed. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9-5:30 with some flexibility and hybrid working after training. What you can expect: Hybrid working after training Career Progression / Development Competitive Salary Discretionary Bonus Scheme Key Duties: Reporting to Management Fee Supervisor working alongside the PM Fee Supervisor you will be responsible for the following duties: Preparing the monthly billing schedule for all Client Relationship Managers and Administrators Raising monthly invoices - up to 1,400 invoices in the biggest quarter month billings Raising any credits where needed Fee share reconciliation for each region/office Debtors reports Setting up scheduled invoices using the invoice scheduler Profile: High attention to detail Ability to make your own decisions / work in a fast paced environment Strong attention to detail / communication skills Beneficial to have experience within a similar role If you are interested in the Billing Assistant position please send your CV over to us or contact the office for more information.
