We have an excellent opportunity for an individual with Personal Injury or Credit Hire experience to join a Claims Validation department of a leading Insurance company based in Swansea. This is a very interesting opportunity to join a team that prevents and detects fraudulent motor claims and defending the company from suffering unnecessary losses. Your main duties will include managing a portfolio of suspected fraudulent claims by conducting desktop enquiries, including database searches and arranging investigations appropriate to the claim to achieve a cost-efficient conclusion and minimal financial loss to the company. If you have Legal, PI or Credit Hire experience and want to move away from the standard claims / paralegal role and deal with more in-depth fraud investigations then this could be the prefect role for you! This department operates between Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm, you must be available to work during these hours.
