The Role: - Inbound customer service - Dealing promptly and accurately with a wide variety of customer enquiries, relating to a wide range of financial products and services - Provide an excellent level of customer service, handling all enquiries professionally and accurately - Keeping customer records up to date - Full time - 35 hours per week - 5 days out of 7 on a shift pattern - 8 hour days between the hours of 9am and 7pm - 8 weeks notice of confirmed shift pattern - Full 6 weeks? worth of training provided Skills Required: - Proactive and self motivated - Eager to learn - Computer Literate - Willingness to go the extra mile - Polite and friendly telephone manner - Attention to detail If you are successful you will be required to pass a CREDIT CHECK and DBS CHECK.
