HSE Specailist Swansea (Hybrid - 3 days in the office) 40 - 45k Yolk Recruitment are currently working with a leading provider of Control of Work software solutions to Global high-hazard industries who are currently looking to add an additional HSE Specialist. Key Skills / Experience: * Previous experience gained within a fast-paced manufacturing/process environment working as a Safety advisor, business analyst, project manager, shift supervisor, or related control of work role. * Detail-oriented with a creative mindset for identifying solutions. * Experience transformation resulting from IT systems initiatives. * Background experience of managing and maintaining HSE management systems with knowledge of OHSAS 18001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 and OSHA. * NEBOSH General Certificate, or equivalent experience would be advantageous. * Innovative. * A full UK driving licence. * Willing to work flexibly to meet customer demand, you?ll be occasionally required to visit customer sites outside of the UK. ***Sponsorship can also be provided for this role***
