Client Services Manager Do you have pensions experience and thrive on building relationships with colleagues and other parties? We are looking for a Client Services Manager to join our Birmingham or Sheffield Pensions team! This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work virtually or from the office. What the day will look like You will be the link between the delivery teams and both client facing teams and clients. You?ll be dealing with a range of activities across a portfolio of clients including:- Day to day service discussions and reporting Understanding requirements of client specific projects and annual events Keeping track of actions and reporting on progress Keeping abreast of service operating model and new client opportunities How this opportunity is different You will have the autonomy to plan your time to best service the needs of the clients in your portfolio. You will regularly interact with those delivery teams and client teams and in some cases directly with clients.
